What you will learn and contribute to
Technical support for 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G Nokia Radio products (BSC, RNC, OMS, 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G BTSs)
Commissioning, integration and acceptance testing
Executing software updates, upgrades and hardware extensions
Executing trials and new feature implementations in lab and live environments
24 / 7 emergency support on weekly basis
Travelling and supporting customers outside country when needed
Your skills and experience
BSc degree in Telecommunications or relevant departments
3+ years experience in technical support of Radio products (BSC, RNC and BTSs)
Long term technical career objective
Good experience in commissioning, integration and troubleshooting of Nokia Radio products (BSC, RNC, OMS, 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G BTSs)
Flexibility to travel abroad
Fluent in Russian and English
Good knowledge in Nokia Radio products and features
Good experience in IP technologies
Eagerness to learn and develop
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good team player with positive, solution oriented mindset
