Overview / Responsibilities
WOOD (trading locally as QED International) is currently looking for HR Advisor (training) to join our client NCOC in Atyrau (for locals).
Providing strategic and tactical Training Management HR support to an assigned Directorate(s’) population(s);
Driving the implementation / achievement and overall maintaining of the Training Strategy and Annual Training
Calendar within the company;
Actively promoting and implementing in partnership with Business Line the achievement of the annual corporate training plan and contribute to the Company Nationalization targets.
Driving completion, monitoring and collecting Individual Development Plans (IDP) for the training inputs in line with approved annual Training Management cycle.
Providing the expert advice to the Department Directors and Managers on various learning methodologies for employee development, recommending the most efficient and effective methods to close employees’ competency gaps to ensure the Company achieves business objectives.
Supporting audits and reviews related to Training Management, PSA fulfilment obligations activity accountable for quality management and promoting alignment to Company processes and tools.
Contributing and providing advice to the continuous improvement of Company training policies and procedures;
Supporting employees on training related requests;
Conducting training needs analysis (TNA) for current job responsibilities and future roles and projects, generate Company Annual Training plan in line with approved training budget and ensure getting all required approvals;
Preparing and efficiently implementing training programs for company employees and contractors (if required);
Liaising with the line managers to ensure alignment and successfully delivery of approved training plans;
Skills / Qualifications
University education with at least 3 years’ experience working in a large international petroleum company (ies) with good knowledge of training principles and a minimum of 1 years HR / Training experience.
Experienced in analyzing and solving problems on all organizational levels
Experienced to work across multiple stakeholder groups / cultures and build / sustain credibility.
Experience to deal with all levels of staff and management and a wide variety of issues within guidelines and policies (and where appropriate with guidance of the HR Manager / Advisors);
Experience to operate in a very demanding operational environment where (s)he will be required to
operate many projects and tasks at the same time.
