Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to join our team in Atyrau, Kazakhstan. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality projects to our client’s requirements.
Will serve as a proposal manager for small projects. Must be able to develop scopes of work in conjunction with the client, write project execution plans, coordinate the development of CTRs, and develop with planning group planning for the projects.
Plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls small engineering projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
Will hold and minute weekly progress meetings with Client and ensure that any required actions are taken to meet plan or agree a reschedule with the client.
Has responsibility for day to day contact and communication with the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.
Possesses knowledge of the oil and gas processing plants. Job role has budgetary accountability.
Skills / Qualifications
Degree in Engineering Mminimum of 5 years related experience Bachelor degree (min), Association for Project management (APM) qualification preferred Engineering & project management experience.
Requires good spreadsheet abilities, and negotiating skills. Communication Skills Good English level as business is conducted in English
