The International company home appliance manufacturer invites to join the team Marketing Manager.
Manage the marketing team who will be responsible of brand communication & product management in the responsible area.
Develop marketing & communication strategy for the brands of the Company according to the guidelines and directions from the HQ.
Identify efficient marketing tactics to drive growth for each brand & product category and implement action plans accordingly
Prepare & Manage the marketing budget,decide the brand allocation and focus on resources optimization in accordance with priorities coming from HQ.
Key areas Brand Communication, Product Management :
Define & implement media strategy, assure a visible and efficient exposure of Company brands on traditional channels : TV, Press, Outdoor , & digital.
Defines the PR communication strategy and ensures its implementation, having as main objective company and its brands reputation & image management.
Collect consumer insights and translate them into innovative products, services & communication concepts that will differentiate the brand from competition and will drive growth / Manage research actions in order to develop product and communications lines according with consumers needs and requests
Controls and approves the analysis & studies of Product Marketing Management by considering the competitors product strategies.
Inform central / regional PM in the HQ with adequate market information and trends. Prepare long-term product investment needs and present to HQ together with his PM.
Develop impactful communication concepts and implement integrated marketing campaigns promoting Company products and services that sustain the brand promise in front of consumers / Ensure brand exposure in main consumer touch points & communication messages adaptation to channel (contextualized communication) / Focus on translating the marketed products and services into added-value benefits to consumers in order to influence perception and gain trust
Building a coherent long-term digital brand strategy which involves on the one hand management & permanent update of all on-line platforms, and on the other hand identifying & exploring new channels in line with current media trends e.
g. Social media, bloggers, on-line special projects, gamification, YouTube, GAW, FB, etc.
Define & implement brand trade standards (product stands / islands, POSM, product stickers, innovative displays, cross-promos, activations, etc.
and support the trade marketing & sales team in developing the trade marketing strategy in order to ensure a coherent and impactful representation of the brand in all trade channels Identify potential partners, leaders in other business sectors, in order to generate favorable image associations and transfer the brand exposure to other areas, generating added value and attractivity to our brands for other pools of consumers (e.
g. cross promos detergent producers, media / energy / banks partnerships)
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering (Master Degree is a plus),
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in similar positions,
Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
Has succesfully managed a team before
Lead and coach his team in order to enchance their competencies
No restriction for traveling and staying for a long / short time abroad,
Understanding needs of the customer and the market
Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
Using required office programmes in advance level,
The position is located in Almaty.
