Core job responsibilities :
1. OFFICE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS
Perform administrative and procedural duties as required for effective operation of General Management
Perform administrative, clerical duties and personal assistance for the Country Manager
Monitor incoming calls, maintain agenda and prioritize incoming correspondence. Follow all the approvals related to Country Management
Compose communications, letters, memos, presentations etc.
Assist in organizing necessary translations.
2. GENERAL MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS
Take active part in induction activities of the Country Manager
Assist in the application of Company Policies and Procedures
Maintain Country Manager’s files
Assist in applying Reward and Recognition Program
Assist in preparation of regular reports
Assist Country Manager’s in making necessary arrangements
Realize all other duties as required by Country Manager
Participate to task forces in the affiliate as required
3. COORDINATION & INFORMATION FLOW
Distribute communications on a "who should know" basis within the organization
Prepare communications to sign-off stage wherever possible, prepare agendas and minute meetings
Act as a coordinator on affiliate based events & projects involving other Departments' Administrative Assistants
Achieve & maintain KPIs
Ensure work location accuracy of responsible areas
4. PLANNING & ORGANIZING ARRANGEMENTS
Work with travel agency to arrange meetings for Country Manager
Scheduling, coordinating and organizing meetings and events as required
Requirements :
University Degree
3 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant Role
Fluency in English, Russian and Kazakh, Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Proficient Keyboard Skills
