Responsibilities :

  • Ensure appropriate minimum / maximum stock delivery levels of material resources to carry out planned preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborate in following up spare parts purchasing routine including liaising with COMPANY Procurement in order to provide any required feed-backs;
  • Support material management activities in general including spare parts identification, raising of paperwork to establish stock levels, checks certification of stock items.
  • Ensure materials availability to carry out planned preventive maintenance by appropriate selection of minimum / maximum stock levels.
  • Сhecking & reviewing all purchase requisitions which require materials and are raised from Maintenance Department before sending them to Procurement Department;
  • Participate in analysis of material consumption and in the development of technical and organizational arrangements to improve equipment maintenance and optimizing spare parts consumption.
  • Be responsible for checking & reviewing Min-Max purchase requisitions which require materials and are raised from Production & Maintenance Department before sending them to Procurement Department.
  • Liaise with Maintenance Department sections in order to identify spare part requirements and assist them to obtain requirements and assist them to obtain required material / equipment in timely fashion.
  • Track and control spare parts availability for all types of equipment (mechanical, electrical and instrument) and ensure that all required purchase requisitions and orders are raised and placed in a timely manner.
  • Development / participate on proposals for modification and updating of material management procedures and business processes.
  • Collaborate in the efficiency control of applied process equipment maintenance and repair methods and techniques to optimize minimum spare parts balance at stock.
  • To carry out a technical evaluation and provide technical justification for ordered spare parts / equipment / materials.
  • Review and update the list of certificate requirements associated to every inventory items / Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders / Call of Notice relevant for Production and Maintenance Department.
  • Liaising with Preservation Material Specialist for revision of existing preservation procedures suggested by manufacturer;
  • Prepare SMMF (SAP Material Master Form) and manage the Common SMMF Register in SAP
  • Develop and review scope of supply for Call off Contracts in order to optimize a lead time of procurement process.
  • Requirements :

  • Higher professional (Technical) education with work experience not less than 3 years in similar position
