FSO Team Leader
We are looking for a professional, who will be leader of the Field Service Team in the area, is responsible for delivering a profitable, world-class service to our customers, through a truly engaged team.
You will be based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
You will be travelling 30% of your time to our customer sites.
What you will do :
As FSO Team Leader, you will :
Lead, develop, and manage the field force according to the OHS (Operational Health and Safety) Regulations, including but not limited to day to day responsibility for ensuring the Group OHS policy is put into practice and delegated to Managers at each site to implement within their own areas.
Lead the supervision of all planned activities to be executed to a high standard and in line with agreed procedures, safety standards and regulations, ensuring that all assignments are manned in an efficient and effective way to satisfy customers.
Follow up and drive action plans related to CX Customer Experience, including driving the adoption of digitalization and apps.
Ensure High Quality knowledge of required field force reporting, both internal and external. Manage the welfare of the team members in a proactive manner to ensure the highest levels of employee engagement.
Lead issue resolution (management and escalation) to ensure timely and quality resolution to the satisfaction of the customer.
Support with analysis, action plan and regular communication to stakeholders.
Collaborate with central planning and KA (Key Account Teams) to secure the optimal planning of resources.
Who you are :
We believe you have :
Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in any industrial field as a Leader of Service Team.
Experience as service engineer will be advantage.
Experience working with or directing small teams to meet deadlines on tasks.
Experience with training and mentoring service engineers.
Experience working with managers and colleagues and providing suggestions to improve organization by offering services of training.
Fluent Russian and Kazakh language; good level of English (written and spoken).
