Awareness of Management System certification processes (ISO Certification process in particular).

Awareness of techniques for process modelling and improvement.
Awareness of management principles and standards.
Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environment) in its development, evaluation and / or improvement.
