Responsibilities

  • Plays an active role in the process of production planning and loading of orders requested by the customer. Providing necessary documentation on time to customers for the purpose on custom clearance without any hustle.
  • Consolidates customer orders in the relevant format (SOP format) to share with the supply chain.
  • Shares production plan with customers monthly basis.
  • Coordinates the export procedures and production processes between sales, finance, supply chain departments.
  • Transmits all monthly production and shipment information of orders to the customer in a timely manner,
  • Provides forwarder details from customer in relevant incoterm conditions and arrange shipments with the logistic department.
  • Controls the customer credit limits with finance & sales team and inform the clients for the due dates of payments, validity and limit of credits exc.
  • Prepares daily / weekly / monthly reports (sales turnover, risk analysis, production planning) for the management team,
  • Coordinates and collects SES&SOP information in detail and enter these information in to the system on time.
  • Establishes accurate and timely communication with the customers and find a proper solutions to their requests with the help of related parties in the organization.
  • Close communication with the customers from order collecting to shipment process
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Engineering departments preferable)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in related functional areas
  • Having experience in home appliances industry is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English (Turkish or Russian preferable)
  • Good background with regulations concerning technical requirements of products (CE marking, labeling, user manuals, safety standards, etc.)
  • Office applications & any IT / digital tool
  • Deep knowledge of technical and performance features, aware of product quality and keen to improve and manage it
  • Deep experience in product management
  • Decision-making skills
  • Good analyzing capabilities
  • Networking and cooperation with other departments such as HQ PM, pricing and supply chain departments and related factories
