Main objective : Active participation in the sales process of equipment, solutions and services offered by Emerson in the territory of Aktobe.


  • Effectively execute and be responsible for sales & business development on the assigned territory of Aktobe and other western KZ region.
  • Actively visit existing customers and advertise equipment, solutions and services offered by Emerson (support of existing customer base)
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities for equipment, solutions and service department for new customers
  • Conduct negotiations with the relevant representatives of the client within the framework of the given powers regarding the pricing of equipment, solutions and services of the department
  • Maintain the base of projects at the proper level
  • Spend the maximum amount of time in negotiations with clients (personal meetings, phone, fax, mail)
  • Comply with the company's business ethics
  • Screen all orders in accordance with the Screening Procedure and Work Instruction
  • Escalate foreign trade regulation issues to the responsible person (Gatekeeper) in accordance with the procedure.
  • Comply strictly with all Trade Compliance instructions and directives and the Company Code of Ethics.
  • Comply strictly with all instructions and orders when working with commercial intermediaries in the framework of the business procedure due diligence.
  • Qualitatively and on time to fulfill the tasks and instructions of the direct supervisor.
  • Constantly improve the professional and technical qualifications.
  • Identify client’s requirements for equipment / products / services, immediately report to the management on all comments made by customers to the supplied products.
  • Observe the rules of internal labor regulations, safety and fire protection.
  • Inform management about any life-threatening situation and accidents.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of information that constitutes a commercial secret.

    High technical education

  • Advanced PC user
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar field of activity
  • Hard work, energy, ability to work in a team and independently
  • High business and ethical qualities
  • Conversational and written English at a level not lower than intermediate
  • Well developed leadership, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in high-level negotiations
  • Self-organization, high motivation and dedication
