Job Description

  • Lead in-store experience agenda :
  • Develop long term In-Store vision, strategy & plan;
  • Develop & execute annual in-store plan
  • Lead & co-ordinate go to market execution planning & processes including :
  • Monthly cycle plan - align monthly national priorities, consolidate cycle plans from TMs; lead cycle plan meeting; Issue Initiative letter with monthly priorities
  • Identify & lead process & planning improvements covering all relevant areas such as POS management, in-store theatre strategy, distribution / ranging achievement etc.
  • Lead sales force automation project in CIS :
  • Manage one SFA Analyst;
  • Implement new automated system for : build a platform for all CIS, maximize field force productivity (order taking; control;
  • data exchange), improve decision making (reporting);
  • Develop & align processes;
  • Implement reporting system;
  • Arrange training for the team;
  • Develop data base & reports.
  • Drive efficiency & improvement of SFA to deliver against aligned KPI’s
  • Lead merchandising across KZ :
  • Indirect supervision of merchandising supervisors;
  • Review & improve team structure
  • Implement and maintain merchandising standards;
  • Control and review KPI, targets & priority achievement;
  • Develop & implement processes & disciplines for the team;
  • Arrange training for the team;
  • Implement & maintain field reporting.
  • Drive for results & achieve targets
