Due to further development, Representative office of the Swiss pharmaceutical company Novartis Pharma Services in Kazakhstan announces recruitment for the position HR (People and Organization) Specialist .

Requirements : University degree Spoken and written English (Intermediate and higher) 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration / labor relations : administering labor books, labor contracts, Orders, sick leaves, vacations, etc (mandatory) Advanced knowledge of Labor Code Experience in Recruitment, C&B, T&D preferably within international companies (would be a great advantage) Proficient in MS Office Client-

orientation, accuracy, attentiveness to details, results-orientation, high level of integrity and compliance. Major responsibilities : Perform HR employee services and data consolidation and input as well as recruitment for specialist level jobs and training process administration to meet internal customer needs.

HR Administration : Employee file and electronic database / archive maintenance Handling records and HR documentation on employee absences, hiring, termination in line with legislation requirements Reports preparation Medical insurance administration Health & safety administration Recruitment : perform recruitment process in line with internal needs for specialist level jobs and organize employment and on-

boarding process for the new hires Training : participate in training needs analysis, organize and administer the training process and handle relevant documentation.

Compensation administration consolidate and input data. Employee events participate in developing and organizing the events.

Observe strictly any and all applicable internal and external regulations, acts and procedures, including, but not limited to : Code of Conduct, Corporate Citizenship, P3, local industry code etc.
