MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Deliver defined sales targets. Develop and maintain network of accountsto expand the utilization of device therapies, diagnostics and monitoring forthe disease management, according current and future guidelines.
Collect marketintelligence data and follow and report competition activities.
MAIN JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Selling and account support
Effectively supervise the assigned regionsby regular visiting HCPs, KOLs, hospital administration / management.
Provide education and technical support tophysicians as per specific business unit (SBU) and therapy requirements.
Develop and drive activities that enhanceand strengthen the network between implanting centres and referring physicians.
Generate trust in referring physicians thatenhances brand compliance.
Develop projects that address the use ofour therapies for defined niche areas (i.e. state outpatients clinics,hospitals, private medical centers and clinics).
Build strong and lasting relationships withkey decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
Coordinate and liaise with the BU Managerand Regional Therapy Development Specialists before delivering services withinthe District.
Education / Training
Educate referring physicians on clinicalevidence of defined therapies demonstrating improved patient outcomes. Fosterbrand loyalty by selling Medtronic products, therapies and services whichenable referring physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
Conduct peer-to-peer trainings on aregional level and generate interest for implant-procedure training.
Review the regional market for relevant advocatesand establish a speaker’s bureau.
Internal and administrative
Reports all account, market and competitiveinformation and trends and metrics in a comprehensive, complete and timelyfashion using defined tools like for example sales force.com.
Reports immediately and accurately allnegative customer or product related events (e.g., customer feedback, productand legal issues and risks etc).
Carries out all administrative duties andall necessary reports in a timely and diligent manner, (i.e. boot stockreports, stock movement forms etc.
Provides regular activity report to BU manager. Attends all required regional and national meetings.
University degree or a Higher Educationaccording local standards (Degree in medical science or engineering is preferable)
English language (fluent, upper intermediate, intermediate)
Kazakh language (verbal skills)
Proven track record of experience in sales in the healthcare industry orsimilar
Proven track record of delivering results
Experience in working effectively with decisions makers, KOLs, physicians,nurses.
Prior sales and marketing experience in the defined regions
Experience in operating in a matrixenvironment
Sound Account Management skills
Competency to build strong businessrelationship with customers
Fluent English both written and spoken
Fluent local language depending on thecountry
Full clean driving license
