Shall be educated to degree level in a technical discipline.
Must be a strong communicator, fluent in both English and Russian languages, with ability to use tact and garner support from all stakeholders.
Minimum 6 years previous experience on major oil and gas projects with a good understanding of Regulatory Affairs.
Must be willing to learn and adapt to situations, showing flexibility and fixity as required.
Experience in working with equipment passports, certification and execution documentation an advantage
