This role has key importance of increasing key customer sales and customer satisfaction within the area of responsibility.
Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities
Manage activities in Kazakhstan & CA according to company’s operation procedures in safe way
Increase sales of AM in his region
Ensure maximization of sales opportunities and volume of the complete Weir Minerals product portfolio in the offered and on-going sales activities and participating in these activities when required
Visit customer sites in the region of responsibility in Kazakhstan & CA on regular basis in order to meet customer’s needs
Create opportunities in the region of responsibility
Identify customer’s OE and Spare parts needs upfront in addition to consignment stock agreements
Ensure that reporting procedures are followed and reports include sufficient information
Maintain up to date records and follow touch-points of agreements from start to finish, order processing
Run product samples / trials and tracking it
Complete the sales documents and maintain database containing sales information in C4C (Sales Force)
Prepare AM sales presentations
Manage customer complaint and support sales / service team in this area
Follow up quotations regularly and update in the system.
Build strong relationships with the customers’ decision makers in his region
Increase the sales of rubber lining, mill liner, screen media and mechanical seals, including existing and replacements of seals along with ESCO products.
To work with the service delivery team to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and that service levels expected by the customer are delivered.
Ensure that the business is developed with a focus on working safely and ethically according to the code of conduct of Weir.
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Minimum 3 Year of experience for external / 1 year of experience for internal candidates in Mining Sector preferably.
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Driving licence is mandatory
No obstacle to travel
Strong written / verbal communication skills.
Result oriented with focus on continuous improvement.
Fluency in both written and spoken English
