This role has key importance of increasing key customer sales and customer satisfaction within the area of responsibility.

Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities

  • Manage activities in Kazakhstan & CA according to company’s operation procedures in safe way
  • Increase sales of AM in his region
  • Ensure maximization of sales opportunities and volume of the complete Weir Minerals product portfolio in the offered and on-going sales activities and participating in these activities when required
  • Visit customer sites in the region of responsibility in Kazakhstan & CA on regular basis in order to meet customer’s needs
  • Create opportunities in the region of responsibility
  • Identify customer’s OE and Spare parts needs upfront in addition to consignment stock agreements
  • Ensure that reporting procedures are followed and reports include sufficient information
  • Maintain up to date records and follow touch-points of agreements from start to finish, order processing
  • Run product samples / trials and tracking it
  • Complete the sales documents and maintain database containing sales information in C4C (Sales Force)
  • Prepare AM sales presentations
  • Manage customer complaint and support sales / service team in this area
  • Follow up quotations regularly and update in the system.
  • Build strong relationships with the customers’ decision makers in his region
  • Increase the sales of rubber lining, mill liner, screen media and mechanical seals, including existing and replacements of seals along with ESCO products.
  • To work with the service delivery team to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and that service levels expected by the customer are delivered.
  • Ensure that the business is developed with a focus on working safely and ethically according to the code of conduct of Weir.
  • Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 Year of experience for external / 1 year of experience for internal candidates in Mining Sector preferably.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Driving licence is mandatory
  • No obstacle to travel
  • Core Competencies

  • Strong written / verbal communication skills.
  • Result oriented with focus on continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
