Job Description

  • Deliver commercial goals and sales target of the business
  • Management of territory , planning, forecasting
  • Control product consumption and stocks in regions
  • Incentive plan creation, approval, calculation with cross-functional collaboration
  • Coordination and control of work of account leads, target and goals setting for account leads,
  • Organization and control of regional work : double visits, coaching, development
  • Marketing activity conduction, regional activities planning
  • Control of commercial goals and targets execution by product and regions
  • Promote products assigned to all BU defined by the company to clinical and non-clinical staff in allocated clinics within the territory, including : product detailing during daily visits, group meeting presentations and events
  • Monitor local Healthcare legislation ad inform accordingly, collaboration with VD&A department on prices submission and tender process and other requested by MoH procedures
  • Collaboration with Wholesalers and Stakeholders defined by Company
  • Develop and manage relations with Key Opinion Leaders in the territory, local Health Care Authorities and treatment provision chain
  • Support HCPs activity aimed on new patients finding with relevant diseases in defined geographical areas, and to organize referral to treating centers.
  • Monitor relevant tenders in the region
  • Organize all necessary contacts and activities in order to achieve company goals in close collaboration with Franchise Head, Medical, Marketing, market access and SC functions, within the agreed promotion budget
