Job Description :
Ensure the highest standard of process safety within the whole production system
Report any non-standard event or observation related to the field operations
Strive to improve and understand importance of safety measures and actively participate in safety meetings
Develop operating standards, work specifications and other design documentation; amend technical documentation in the context of adjustment of engineering processes and production modes
Know filed development specifications, technical specification and installation of underground and ground equipment, types of well services and workover, methods of well completion and well survey, oil and gas production stimulation, manual of automation system, telemechanics and program device applying in integrated field automation, basis of automation and telemechanics
Knowledge of database design, ability to work with databases (SQL and not only), collection, unloading of data in the appropriate form
Monitoring the quality and quantity of inlet data in the database
Maintain well performance real time monitoring software (XSPOC, Avocet, OFM) including wireless communication system in a collaborative manner with other involved stakeholders.
Administer XSPOC and Avocet, OFM servers / databases
Daily validation of production data for oil, water, water injection, NGLs and gas
Daily ensure data validation on oil, water, injection water, LPG and gas. Verify oil production rate by well. Provide initial validation of well tests activities on the Dunga field side
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on production and injection, timely provision of the received data to the company's management, higher authorities and other departments of the Company
Performing of short-term and long-term profiles for oil, gas and water production and water injection at the level of wells, reservoirs and field
Become the key person between the production performance team and the reservoir management team
Take part in development and implementation of procedures and preparation of daily work instructions for field personnel for oil & gas production and water injection by existing well stock
Take part in review of safety operation procedure, introduce proposals for revision of certain procedure clauses
Take part in holding experimental works for exploration of new engineering processes and their introduction in production process, and in development of programs of new technology introduction and administrative and technical measures of technological advancement, and control implementation thereof
Control compliance of technological operational envelopes, process regulation and correct operation of production and injection wells
Take part in operational arrangement maintaining to provide the performance of assigned task on oil and gas production, maintain reservoir pressure (MRP)
Take active measures on causes identification and correction of deviation from the approved operation envelopes
Control over quality standards for injected water in the reservoir pressure maintenance system, application of new technologies to improve the quality of reservoir and other water sources
Manage timely submission of technical documentation to operational team
Analyse operating procedure oil and gas production, maintain reservoir pressure, gas injection, work out on improvement process
Take part in activities related to well completion and commissioning
Explore the best domestic and foreign practice in the area of hydrocarbon production and treatment technology, develop and take part in implementation of productivity enhancement activities, in experimental works on new operational processes and their implementation into production
Execute orders and arrangements of his / her immediate supervisors as related to his / her job duties promptly and with due accuracy
Perform all instructions, recommendations and arrangements established by the company management related to his / her functional duties
Control work of well downhole pumping equipment and ground equipment. Optimizing well operation and operational equipment in a part of established production schedule executing
Closely monitor producing wells performances on a daily basis to identify inflow / outflow issues and initiate specific first-hand actions for immediate remediation activities if needed
Execute appropriate actions on nonoperating well reserve drop, DPE original life and workover interval prolongation, frequent repairing and alternate stock drop.
Take part in well services and setting of pump regulating sensors, and other equipment related to pump, well production data
Assess emergency causes, take part in developing actions on efficient and standard improvement of operation and environment protection
Support the established and implemented Production Loss Management on permanent basis in Dunga by investigating loss events and identifying root causes
Develop and issue proposals and background data for equipment and materials purchase order
Provide inputs to Integrated Activities Planning process and follow its outputs on a regular basis
Requirements :
Higher technical education
5 years+ experience in Oil & Gas industry
Basics of the organization of production
Basics of the RK labour legislation
HSE rules and standards
Language skills : English
Computer skills : MS Office
Knowledge of soft skills like PiPESIM, PROSPER, GAP, OFM, AOVCET
