  • Job profile : Responsible for setting up the smooth and technology based recruitment process both for mass & professional search;
  • Development & implementation of Recruitment & Onboarding strategy; Direct search model implementation; Elaborate & implement recruitment marketing strategy.

  • Sourcing and mass recruitment solution. Talent Supply Chain Management; Strengthening Employer Brand; Improving Candidate Experience;
  • Recruitment team management and supervision; Introduction of workforce assessment and testing tools; Internal policies and procedures development Stakeholder management.

    Requirements : Experience in recruitment in international companies not less than 5 years (in-house or agency); Proven experience in managing recruitment function (mass / as well as non-

  • mass recruitment); Experience in successful implementation of projects focused on digitalization of recruitment / HR functions;
