POSITION : Helpdesk Support

POSITION OBJECTIVE :

  • To perform Technology Helpdesk / Desktop support functions;
  • To perform BOD, EOD procedures and other related duties according to corresponding TI CFCs;
  • PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

    ePO, Patches installation and VTM administration

    New PC deployment and old PC retirement

    PC moves, hardware upgrades and troubleshooting

    Printer support for end users

    Desk visits to end users, when problem can not be resolved remotely

    On-site support of presentations, Town Halls, Video conferences, trainings, etc.

    Provide service to internal client according to SLA, closely interact with clients in Russian language

    Maintaining Hardware Inventory

    Participate in Quarterly RCSA process

    Work in shifts to provide extender hours of onsite support

    Participation in an on-call rotation (including late night, weekends and public holidays site visits on short notice)

    On site support of Disaster Recovery tests

    Perform other functions as requested by Management, which are in line with position objective

    SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION :

    Education : Advanced Degree

    Microsoft Certificate Professional is a big plus for successful candidate

    Problem management and investigation skill
