CIS Emerging Markets (CEM), a part of BAMEAC, is a growing cluster that covers 9 countries. The CEM office is in Almaty.

The position

In the role of Multi-Channel Engagement Manager, you will ensure the multi-channel strategy development and implementation in CEM countries.

Your key responsibilities will include :

Drive multi-channel strategy development and lead its implementation to support the overall affiliate’s portfolio, lead piloting and execution of the multichannel projects.

Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, sales, commercial IT and other internal functions, as well as with specialized agencies to create solutions and projects delivering an outstanding customer and patient experiences and enhancing customer engagement.

Develop, communicate and monitor the KPIs of multichannel activities, present to management and team, provide advice and ideas on possible actions.

Keep own and team knowledge of the digital marketing tools up to date to manage digital activities in the best possible way.

Develop and keep reporting on the methods, tools, results and best practices in the complex of digital activities.

Qualifications

In order to be considered, you need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent planning, organization and time management competencies including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.

Other important requirements are :

University degree in Marketing / Management.

3+ years of relevant experience in digital (MCE) marketing.

Experience and knowledge in the digital marketing and analytical tools.

English at Upper-intermediate level or above.

About the department

You will join a highly skilled and engaged Commercial Affairs team responsible for business in CIS Emerging Markets (CEM) : Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Mongolia.

You will report to the Commercial Affairs Head CEM and be located in Almaty.
