Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Systems Completion Site Interface Coordinator (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28 28.

Job Description :
Manage user access and permissions for various SC tools and applications, including : Systems Completion Management Tool (SCMT), SC Call-Off App, MEI Call-Off App and Technical Query (TQ) Tool
Assist with the ongoing maintenance and development of SC Tools and Applications to support mechanical completion, ready for start-up and ready for operations
Coordinate and manage site service contractors for ongoing site activities i.e. arranging material transportation, arranging installation of IT equipment
Manages and steward the temporary construction facilities execution plan, ensures TCFs mobilization plan and commissioning is in line with personnel requirements.
Ensure connectivity, services is executed as per the information and communication plan
Coordinate and manage office requirements for Operations and Vendors
Manage the mobilization and wave approval process for the SC team (Business Partner and PMT). Interfaces with discipline teams, vendors and Contractor and aligns mobilization plan to wave requirements
Initiate SC contract call-offs as required by the execution discipline teams, collects and consolidate scope of work.
Assist SC Interface Team and SC Manager with ad-hoc work as necessary
Assist SC Interface Coordinator with technical weekly progress reporting
Distribute project reports and updates to the team
Generates ad-hoc status reports as required by management
Coordinate and compile team data and statistics for weekly reporting
Requirements :
Education : High education Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
Professional experience in coordination roles or senior administrative roles
Language skills : Russian, Kazakh, English
