Join our Industry team within Flow Equipment division in Kazakhstan as Sales engineer to help us take our business development to the next level.

In this role you will be accountable for :

Responsibility for regional sales (Central Asia), incl. volume and margin for product line (industrial customers);

Communication with existing clients, new clients search & development;

Planning and budgeting of product line sales growth (mining and metallurgical industry :

Market analysis of existing and prospective industrial projects, incl. competitors’ activities;

Holding of presentations, seminars / webinars, etc. for the customers (about company's technological solutions);

Ensuring compliance with federal, state, local regulations;

To succeed in this role, you will need :

Higher technical degree (pumps / compressors / rotating equipment);

Experience in direct sales to industrial customers (>

5 years);

Work experience in foreign production companies;

Management experience;

High level of technical expertise in pumps / compressors / rotating equipment;

Fluent Russian and English;

Readiness for business trips up to 50% of working time;

Strong personal and communication skills. Experience in presentations and public speaking, organization of product seminars;

Ability to work autonomously, to set strategic and local goals and achieve it. Focus on results :

Ability to work in multitasking mode.
