TOO Siemens Kazakhstan opens the position of the Technical Support Engineer in Almaty office. The candidate will be employed by the Elite company and provided to TOO Siemens for the services rendering.

Relocation package is provided to successful candidates from Russia and other countries. The percentage of remote work is negotiable. Job Responsibilities :

  • Acquisition, triage and dispatching requests from the customers
  • Interaction with the customers and product team while working on the customer reported issues.
  • Fixing complex technical issues with development team, generating bug reports
  • Tracking of alerts coming from the monitoring systems
  • Incident documenting and analysis Expertise & competencies requirements :
  • At least 1 year of proof application support experience
  • Experience with ticket tracking tools. Jira will be a plus
  • Basics of Linux administration (Ubuntu, RedHat), basic experience with bash, grep, ssh
  • Understanding of REST concepts, POST / GET requests
  • Ability to read and understand logs, familiar with Chrome DevTools
  • Fluent spoken English and good written English
  • Empathy and outstanding communication skills Would be beneficial :
  • Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana)
  • CI / CD, DevOps and IT Automation (Ansible) activities experience
