Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future. About the role The Mechanical Field Service Engineer (FSE) will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment, provide technical support.
Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.
The job base in Kazakhstan, rotation type of job at mine sites such as Aktogay ,Bozshakol and others. Kazakhstan field service department responsible for the daily service of the mechanical equipment located in the various location around Kazakhstan.

Engineering, tech support, mining, field service, maintenance, safety, Your responsibilities : Essential Job Responsibilities Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment such as Mills, Crusher, Flotation, Pumps, Filtration, Conveyors, Gearboxes.
Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications. Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times. Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
Communicate with global service team Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and / or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues. Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
Daily and weekly reporting Adhering to current regulatory requirements to include, but not limited to, HIPPA, OSHA, FDAб OHSAS 18001, ISO 9000 etc.
Working schedule Rotation 28 x 28 before pandemic. Now 10 weeks on 6 weeks off. Qualifications & Requirements : Bachelor’s degree of Mechanics, Mining Field Service work experience about three years.
English knowledges - upper intermediate or upper, Valid driver’s license and good driving experience in 3 years. Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.
