Knowledge about all F&B programs, closing / opening hours, special events and forecasts.
Control of complete presence, correct clothing of all members and their division according to the appropriateoccupancy.
Presentation of working programs of bars in cooperation with the Maitre d’hôtel.
Daily control of bars concerning
Control of stations concerning completeness, order,cleanliness and appropriate Mise en place.
Constant contact with the customers, friendly welcome,competent correct selling (according to special typical beverages of the country, cocktails etc.).
Execution of inventories, responsible for the decrease of breakages.
Responsible for proper beverage measurement
Responsible for precise accounting.
Establish and maintain effective and productive relationships with subordinates, colleagues and superiors.
Supervise and monitor the equipment and Bar equipment
To answer any guest queries competently and effectively. To inform the F&B Coordinator and / or Executive Chef in charge of F&B of any guest complaints and how they have been resolved.
To deal with customer complaints.
To be aware of and comply with all Fire, Health,Safety and sale of liquor Regulations
