Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment process.
  • Assistance with control and performance of all the responsibilities related to human resources.
  • Assistance with observance of all the corporate human resource initiatives, policies and procedures by employees and control.
  • Assistance with development of corporate standards and values, as well as support of all the changes in the implemented human resource policies and procedures.
  • Assistance with development and implementation of new human resource policies and procedures.
  • Assistance with coordination and estimation of the amount of benefits, open recruitment and preparation of job descriptions.
  • Assistance with development and implementation of the motivation program and social package.
  • Qualifications :

  • Higher education.
  • MS Office proficiency is expected.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and diplomacy skills with all levels of employees.
  • Innovative and creative approach to problem solving, planning and implementation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Work effectively in a team environment with all levels of the organization.
