Commercial development

  • Implement product promotion strategy based on corporate objectives in the region
  • Lead the operational development in the assigned region through the development across all channels, evaluate new opportunities, methods and channels of distribution
  • Co-ordinate and control investments from distributors in products promotion

  • Properly allocate resources (human, financial, trade equipment etc.) for the most effective development of the territory (return of investments in retail project structure) in accordance with company policies and standarts
  • Ensure fulfillment of the agreed KPI (coverage, distribution, visibility) in the assigned region
  • Planning & budgeting

  • Participate in medium term objectives setting and procedures in order to develop Ferrero operations in the assigned region according to development plan of the Company
  • Analyze and forecast product promotion in assigned territory
  • Negotiate and approve investments plan with distributor
  • Main requirements :

  • 3+ years of Sales Manager’ experience in FMCG industry
  • High level of leadership and future-oriented thinking competences
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Skilled in development and implementation of sales operations
  • English language skills intermediate+
