Essential Responsibilities :
Perform inspection of Tools in the workshop,
Identification and Confirmation of Equipment, Tools and Spare Parts in accordance with EnVision’ Program & SAP Description, Sizes, Customer Requirements (OMF and Work Instructions),
Perform disassembly and assembly of tools,
Cleaning of Tools and Spare Parts,
Completes all daily maintenance requests and reports any unfinished work to maintenance management
Torqueing of equipment in the workshop
Pressure Testing of Equipment (if it’s required),
Inspects all equipment for proper functioning on a regular basis.
Driving and Checking of the Forklift;
Checking of the Tool Box (Tools : as Pliers, Screw Drivers, etc.) Roll Stands, Web Slings, Containers, etc. accordance with Maintenance Plan,
Protection and / or Packaging of Equipment and Tools before shipping
Movement of Equipment and Tools in the Workshop,
Loading and / or Unloading of Equipment and Tools,
Completion of the Tool Files and uploading required information into MaPs system
Etching / Stamping of equipment / parts
Labelling of tools and equipment in the workshop
Participate in the HSE meetings when required
Must wear protective safety equipment,
Ensure customer’s special quality requirements are implemented into the products and services delivered
To undertake statutory training as may be required
House Keeping (when its needed)
Qualifications / Requirements :
Technical diploma with 1+ years experience in Completion Services;
Must be proficient in troubleshooting and solving electrical / mechanical failures to component level;
Advanced knowledge of testing procedures and specific equipment required to perform repair and maintenance;
Advanced skills in soldering and assembling of electro-mechanical devices
Desired Characteristics :
Expert analytical skills and knowledge of specific products;
Good verbal and writing skills;
Proficient in the use of multi-meters, meggers, hipot testers and other basic electronic instruments;
Can read, interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists
