Core job responsibilities :
1. OFFICE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS
administrative, procedural duties, clerical duties and personal assistance for the Country Manager
Monitor incoming calls, maintain agenda and prioritize incoming correspondence, letters, memos, presentations etc.
Assist in organizing necessary translations.
2. GENERAL MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS
Take active part in induction activities of the Country Manager
Assist in the application of Company Policies and Procedure
Preparation of regular reports
3. COORDINATION & INFORMATION FLOW
Prepare communications to signoff stage wherever possible, prepare agendas and minute meetings
Act as a coordinator on affiliate based events & projects involving other Departments' Administrative Assistants
4. PLANNING & ORGANIZING ARRANGEMENTS
Work with travel agency to arrange meetings for Country Manager
Scheduling, coordinating and organizing meetings and events as required
2 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant Role
Fluency in English, Russian, Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Proficient Keyboard Skills
