The scope of this role includes :
Deploying RGM methodology to identify net realized revenue (NRR) and profitable growth opportunities across CIS region and Turkey by each lever :
2. Price Pack Architecture
3. Mix management (portfolio and channel / customer)
4. Gross to Net (trade spend and investment optimization)
5. Commercial Policy (trade terms)
Support the identification of NRR opportunities in CIS markets to be executed within the year
Assist in the creation of commercial execution plans, ensuring deliver the opportunities identified.
Create the measurement and tracking of execution and results of each initiative. Review and understand cause of deviation from results.
Build deeper expertise in RGM for all categories, help develop playbooks and best practices for sharing across RGM team and markets.
Requirements : Higher education
Significant experience in revenue management or business analysis / trade marketing analytics / category management (Consumer Packaged Goods industry).
Understanding key elements of revenue management
Project leadership experience
Upper-Intermediate English (ability to present in English), Turkish nice to have
Strong computer PC based (MS Office applications), web applications and database information sources.
