POSITION PURPOSE Accountable for the fiscal and operational oversight; leadership and direction of an international area to provide quality service, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency that ensures growth and profitability goals and objectives are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES / FUNCTIONS TASKS Responsible for building the revenue stream across all products (moving, relocation, pets, logistics).
Profit and Loss results accountability and responsibility for the country on all products. Focus on execution of operations in country.
Ensure the proper financial controls are in place. Ensure annual operating budgets are managed within targets. Budgeting -
monthly, quarterly and yearly reviews, re-forecasts, P&L statement review. Stay current on customer and industry trends.
Responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relations. Provide excellent Customer Service to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Provide defined management accounting reports, procedures and metrics as required by HQ. Reviewing costs in jobs, statuses, invoicing.
Quote won / loss ratio review, make sure follow ups are done properly. Coordinating AR and AP. Control of cash flow, funding request, review of accounting reports.
Ensure all regulatory and legal operating requirements are met and the organisation complies with local laws and regulations (including registration licenses being up to date, visa and residency permits issues)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required Minimum 3 years experience working in Business Development identify new revenue streams and expanding existing services Successful track record building revenue for business (preferably Household Goods / Recolcations / Logistics) Proficient in English and local language required Ability to gain respect and build good relationships with customers, partners and colleagues Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment Open and adaptable to challenging environments Strong level of integrity
