Main responsibilities : TM activities

TM activities

Leading of annual promo activity grid based on growth drivers to achieve category / channel strategy targets

To communicate of annual TM promo activity grid to sales department.

  • Providing timly and efficient implementation of annual TM promo activity grid in the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with set KPI, control execution and results analysis.
  • Initiate corrective actions based on channel trade promo execution results.

    Providing of national TM standards compliance in Trade marketing agreements with key accounts : participation in preparation of customer development plans, trade marketing agreements, maintenance of performance and control of execution of trade marketing agreements.

  • Participation in development and execution of regional development plans aimed at identifying additional sources of growth in region : local key accounts optimal TM national standards compliance in TM agreements, improvement of current contract performance and determination of additional potential from customized activities implementation;
  • traditional trade adaptation of national project taking into account regional specifics, development of special projects

    Implementation of integrated approach to trade promo activities for pre and post promo evaluation. Implications assessment and development of recommendations based on results of channel trade promo evaluation results.

    BUDGETING

  • Follow and control TM budget execution, audit and evaluation of TM investment efficiency by LKAs, for traditional trade and within local budget on the basis of the information provided by TM Process manager and finance department.
  • Estimation of Trade marketing budget to insure complex TM support, Channel / category strategies and national standards implementation and to prepare TM budget spit within the confirmed amount in Republic of Kazakhstan according to the internal company processes and timings.
  • Job Requirements

    Solid experience in main position more than 4 years

    Strong organization skills

    Team working skills

    Communication skills, mechanism and techniques

    The structure and organization of the Trade

    Principles of economics, and accounting related to product, promotional activity

    Ability to work proactively and independently.

    Result-oriented, self-motivated.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, special programs (1C, DV).
  • English language skills intermediate
