Main responsibilities : TM activities
Leading of annual promo activity grid based on growth drivers to achieve category / channel strategy targets
To communicate of annual TM promo activity grid to sales department.
Initiate corrective actions based on channel trade promo execution results.
Providing of national TM standards compliance in Trade marketing agreements with key accounts : participation in preparation of customer development plans, trade marketing agreements, maintenance of performance and control of execution of trade marketing agreements.
traditional trade adaptation of national project taking into account regional specifics, development of special projects
Implementation of integrated approach to trade promo activities for pre and post promo evaluation. Implications assessment and development of recommendations based on results of channel trade promo evaluation results.
Solid experience in main position more than 4 years
