Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling inter views, updating the calendar accord ingly, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails.
Working closely with the human resources department to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork.
Preparing and posting job adver ti se ments in network.
Screening candi dates by performing background checks and verifying their quali fi ca tions and experience.
Greeting and assisting inter viewees in the office.
Following up with candi dates during the recruitment process, like short listing callbacks or rejection emails.
Assisting successful candi dates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordi nating orien tation agendas.
Closely work with Technical Univer sities on recruitment of Interns and Graduates.
Regularly attend job fairs to find out the candi dates with outstanding analy tical abilities paired with a high level of commitment and team spirit.
Helping with initial applicant screening
Work on recruitment, selection, and re-allocation of personnel, based on evaluation of their quali fi ca tions, personal and working capacities, and monitor reasonable use of personnel within company departments.
Provide recruitment, allocation and arran gement of young specia lists and workers in accordance with their obtained profes sions and specialties;
jointly with department heads, arrange their internship and adjus tment in the working activities.
Provide appro priate reporting on recruitment to make its syste matic analysis within the company and develop recom men da tions for recruitment improvement.
Take part in arranging and conducting company events.
Parti cipate in HR weekly meeting.
Timely update candi dates database.
Knowledge of computer based systems including, Database Management systems, Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages.

Education : Bachelor degree is minimum requirement
Language skills : Kazakh, Russian and English are mandatory
