Key Responsibilities

  • Manage activities in country / territory according to company’s operation procedures in safe way
  • Ensure the maximization of sales opportunities and volume of the complete Weir Minerals Linatex product portfolio in the offered and on-going sales projects and participating in these activities when required
  • Ensure the reporting procedures are followed reported information is sufficient
  • Maintain up to date records and follow touch-points of agreements from start to finish
  • Process the tenders
  • Run products samples / trials and keep track
  • Complete the sales documents and maintain database containing sales information in C4C (Sales Force)
  • Developing of sales presentations
  • Customer complains control and support sales / service team in this area
  • Follow up quotations and update regularly
  • Building strong relationships with the customers
  • Ensure that the business is developed with a focus on working safely and ethically according to the code of conduct of Weir.
  • Qualifications

  • Higher or secondary technical education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, engineering and mineral processing business
  • Knowledge of rubber lining, hose & pipe, surface protection
  • Strong written / verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, result orientated with strong planning, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Russian
  • Driving licence is mandatory
  • No obstacle to travel
