Job Description

The job holder will be responsible for :

  • Develop and Implement Supplier Qualification and Feedback Procedures
  • Implement Corporate Supplier Qualification System
  • Develop and maintain relationship with Suppliers, NGOs and other external bodies;
  • Conduct Supplier Qualification and ad-hoc Prequalification
  • Maintain Suppliers Database
  • Collect and analyse feedbacks on Suppliers;
  • Participate in the Due Diligence process to ensure correct selection of suppliers and prevent TEPD exposure to the engagement of unsuitable Suppliers;
  • Analyse business requirements to ensure the availability of suitable Suppliers and Local Content Opportunities;
  • Develop and Implement Local Content Development Program, in line with the applicable requirements of RoK and PSA
  • Participate in various LC Forums and Workshops at regional and Republic level
  • Identify opportunities for Local vendors which could prove of mutual business benefit;
  • Monitor and report on Local Content;
  • Perform Market Intelligence and Market Analysis;
  • Candidate profile

    The role is for Kazakh passport holders.

    Education : University degree in Economics, Legal, Technical / Engineering.

    Experience at least 10 years in overall with 3 years in the same role (LC and / or VQ) and 5 years in the International company.

    Language fluent both Russian and English.
