Country Manager oversees the daily operations of Infobip’s company and office in a particular country or region, handles communication with Legal and Finance team in order to make the operations smooth as possible, attends the business events, business meetings in order to help sales team acquire new clients.
Country Manager is responsible for the country operation and he is a part of Sales department because he will be leading sales team.
Besides leading the sales team and setting KPIs for them, Country manager is responsible for managing all employees in the office (no matter the department they are coming from), overall operations of the office, recruiting staff creating / approving budgets.
Job responsibilities :
Implementation strategy on Sales in Central Asia region developing new revenue streams
Overseeing and managing sales activities in Central Asia being responsible for achieving results in terms of margins, revenue, growth and acquisitions
Creating initiatives to take full advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks, and maximize core strengths
Organizing and leading sales processes and ensuring that KPIs are in line with Regional sales strategy
Managing business operations in the market / office (increasing of efficiency of the processes in the office)
Managing key regional project management according to Regional initiatives and plans
Managing and developing Central Asia team : recruiting, educating, growing competences of team members
You are an A-Player, business professional looking to develop your career in a high-growth environment
You great understanding of IT Solutions / SaaS market in Central Asia
You have 5+ years in managing Sales / Business development teams
Your Team management experience includes recruiting, educating, growing competences and reviewing performance
You have 5+ years Professional experience in Solution Sales / Telecom industry
You have a great network in the IT & Telco industry
You lead or participated in cross team and operational management
You have a Business or IT degree
You have great listening skills, being able to quickly identify clients’ and employee pain points.
You take proactive and creative approaches to attend to clients’ needs (even if they are sometimes not aware of those needs).
You can present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence.
Your communication skills are excellent.
You prefer a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
You have experience in managing and developing your team members, you have strong leadership skills and you are able implement sales transformation to achieve expected growth
