Job description
Pro-actively analysing of project key perfor mance indicators and their trends with a special focus on :
actual progress devia tions (actual vs. planned)
cost devia tions (actual vs. planned)
man-hour devia tions (actual vs. planned); and
Prepare and parti cipate in regular project audits and consult with MD and PM on :
Recom men da tions for impro ve ments and corrective actions
Follow up with the imple men tation of previously agreed project-specific measures
Provide support for project set-up during the business develo pment phase (set up in ERP System)
Proposing inter-company fee agree ments and subse quently preparing fee agree ments (as per PG2204)
Following up in inter-company invoicing / payments
Providing support / input to the Financial Controller for the prepa ration of the monthly report and commercial report
Providing support / input to the Financial Controller for the prepa ration of the annual reports
Providing support / input to the Financial Controller for the prepa ration of the cash flow forecast
Preparing ad-hoc reports upon the request of management
Qualification
Compe tency requirements :
First relevant profes sional experience in controlling or commercial project management desirable
High affinity for numbers and process-oriented thinking
Profi ciency in MS-Office especially Excel
Experience with ERP Systems advantageous
Education : Bachelor degree (econo mical, financial-economic) is minimum requirement
Language skills : Russian and English are mandatory.
Kazakh is advantageous
Profes sional experience : Min 2 years
