Job Description :
Responsible and conduct continuous control of works on acceptance, unloading, loading, and storage of materials. Control and is responsible for development, implementation, timely updating and observation of operational procedures, including materials acceptance and issue procedures
Control access of physical entities and transportation means to assigned territory and facilities
Control and ensure high quality servicing clients and promote work processes improvement
Interact with other departments for prompt solution of production and business activities issues within his / her competency
Control and ensure effective use of warehouse resources and areas, even (graded) work of assigned functional group
Control and conduct acceptance of returned materials in accordance with developed and approved procedure. Control avoidance of defective materials and equipment acceptance
Control loading and fixing cargoes issued from assigned facilities and areas, with observation of labor protection, safety, industrial hygiene and fire safety regulations.
Control and is responsible for observation of SI-119 procedure (Load-Lifting Operations)
Ensure and control materials storage and preservation modes
Ensure and control materials storage by type. Control proper storage conditions observation in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations
Control conduction of warehouse operations in accordance with established reporting system
Organize check of materials in order to identify unusable materials and their utilization
Control materials service life
Control and is responsible for timely writing-off and utilization of unusable materials
Conduct and control process of surplus materials identification for their further repeated use
Control and is responsible for technical condition of machiery and all equipment at assigned area
Control and ensure efficient and safe use of warehouse load-lifting (load-lifting mechanisms) and hoisting equipment
Control that employees timely take all required trainings
Control development and implementation of new procedures and work processes for work improvement in accordance with Operational Excellence standards.
Fulfil work tasks per supervisor’s instructions
Requirements :
Education : Higher technical or economic education
Work experience : 3 years or more
Language skills : Kazakh, Russian and English
Computer skills : MS Office; Experience in use of warehouse management application
