Job Description :
Provide overall support in the implementation of HSE, MSW, OE Assurance and PTW processes across 3GP and other processes as requested
Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and the Environment by following ROK HSE regulations and
standards, policies, and procedures
Manage Office 365 Teams Training
Develop and maintain Teams folder framework
Support HSE LT meeting
Support general overall HSE delivery
Support MSW Sr. Specialist with
annual review of SI's and SPs register,
consolidation of comments, development of summary of changes, and communication of to Project Management Team (PMT) and Business Partners (BP’s) during rollout after annual SI and SP review
review cycle and register for SP-10 exceptions
fatality prevention initiatives and communicate with project management and BP’s
MSW campaigns to increase awareness around MSW procedures
Support PTW Specialists and implementation of PTW System to BP’s and PMT
Develop PTW assurance plan and ensure site audits and inspections are conducted based on project risk profile
Work with and coach BP’s and PMT teams to assure PTW compliance
Review and revise PTW process to eliminate recurrent problems in the process flow
Set personal example to all employees regarding commitment and importance of PTW systems within the organization
Communicate the intent of Safeguard Verification & Validation (V&V) Program across with support of HSE Leads
Ensure PMT / BP meetings identify upcoming high-risk SoW’s, to facilitate targeted V&V engagements
Maintain process to share outcomes of engagements across on a scheduled basis. I.e., Monthly and quarterly
Develop and maintain process to capture and track actions generated from V&V engagements
Provide guidance on the development of System Actions to Prevent Recurrence’
Support generation of Quarterly V&V Report
Support update of lists of observers in Checkit and PowerBI dashboard for KPI engagements on a monthly basis
Requirements :
College / University Degree
Minimum 6-10 years of total industry experience
Language skills : English - Intermediate; Kazakh - Proficient; Russian - Proficient
Computer skills : MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Read, understand, and communicate project’s codes and standards, drawings, specification and contact doc.
