We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for our Karaganda office to become a part of our operational team. Our project provides a high level of automation and lots of self-services for our customer's needs.

Our mission is to build the best service for our customers, users, and business. We need a monitoring specialist.

One of the biggest international service providers to the oil and gas production industry and EPAM began their engagement with a discovery phase in July of 2018.

The goal of the project is to provide day-to-day operational services, quality, and support to our customers and their partners 24 / 7.

Our purpose is to operate a gigantic enterprise with a huge amount of technologies and opportunities, using a hybrid cloud with Azure and Hyperflex technology, System Center, Orchestration, Automation, Service NOW, and a lot more.

We have a great team of high-level professionals. You could become a part of this team. The scope of the international company includes 7 Datacenters across 31 offices located globally.


  • Caring about customer business needs
  • Providing high-quality support for a huge infrastructure
  • Helping the team with tasks and incident processing
  • Sharing your knowledge with the team
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Dealing with System Center Configuration Manager integration
  • Requirements

  • 3-5 years of IT experience with Windows stack
  • Experience in enterprise-level solutions, at least a couple of successful projects
  • Strong understanding of System Center Configuration Manager
  • ITIL practical experience
  • A Can do attitude cultivated by a self-motivated approach
  • Ability to work without clear instructions and be self-directed with high-level tasks
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality products and providing excellent services to the customer
  • English level B1 or higher
  • Writing technical documentation (English)
  • Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills with knowledge of Emotional Intelligence
  • Fluent English level (C1)
  • Ability to approach and communicate with a wide range of personalities offshore and onsite teams, and the customer side
