Main tasks :

1. Grow brands’ volume and profitability by effective and efficient product launches, marketing strategies, actions via effecient cooperation with R&D, Industrial, Sales, Quality, Logistics.

2. Based on consumer and market trends understanding, propose portfolio initiatives (innovations, renovations) to grow the brands

3. Constantly follow up the trends : sales, profitability, ATL / BTL communication results, market trends, competitive SoM and activities

Key responsibilities and duties :

  • Development and growth of a brand in Ultra Fresh and Milk segments (Volume, SoM, Profitability)
  • New product launches : development of products from zero : concept, recipe, positioning, packaging, communication, promotion
  • Marketing plans elaboration and execution in time
  • Communication Strategy
  • ATL : Media plans, TVC development, and production
  • BTL : Digital, POSM, Promotions
  • Market research (concept tests, product and communication tests, retail audit)
  • Minimum requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager / Junior Brand Manager
  • international FMCG companies), the experience of working with an industrial block (R&D, Quality, etc) is highly appreciated

  • Strategic approach. Creative and analytic. Proactive, enthusiastic, result-oriented.
  • High sense of responsibility for assigned projects under tough deadlines
  • Excellent communicator and problem solver
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Fluent English
