We are looking for a responsible, self-disciplined, and motivated Project Coordinator with ITSM skills . You will be surrounded by wickedly intelligent people, passionate about cloud computing, and believe that internal support is critical to EPAM success.
What You’ll Do
Assess the current state of the KM process implementation within the organization, develop & prioritize an improvement plan for proper capture & sharing of implicit & explicit knowledge among the teams
Measure, track progress & coordinate implementation of the improvement plan
Make sure that proper IT enablers for the KM process are available
Create awareness in the organization about the benefits of the KM process for the organization and its best practices
Provide internal training about KM methodologies & best practices
Agree on the process as well as its conformity with other processes
Define proper benchmarks / baselines for the KM process effectiveness & efficiency
Constantly measure & track fulfillment of process activities, usage of KM tools, initiate improvement actions as needed
Facilitate knowledge sharing while doing the work
Identify persons what hold important for the company knowledge and engage them in the process of knowledge sharing
What You Have

Awareness of how modern information & communication technologies support the needs of the KM process
Qualification in Information & Knowledge Management (KCS)
Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
English B2 / B2+
