Your tasks and responsibilities
Manages direct reports (headcount planning, hiring, assessments, development and etc.) : Manages employees effectively : develops KPI and tools for measuring KPIs, promptly sets the goals and tasks to their subordinates, and monitors the quality and timeliness of goals achievement;
Contributes to the professional development of employees : identifies training needs and creates an opportunity for employees to participate in development projects, uses coaching in order to develop employees;
Responsible for the talent selection, talent development and talent management, ensures the development of successors for managerial positions;
Supervises the work of employees, ensures compliance of labor discipline and internal regulations, as well as the compliance of the Labor Code of Kazakhstan and labor protection.
Responsible for translation of the global and CIS cluster strategy to Kazakhstan country level : executes harmonization across tactical activities (DTC, HCP, Trade, etc.
in order to develop unified marketing approach in the local organization and increase efficiency of marketing expenses as well as meet financial targets.
Directs brand planning by identifying effective communication mix and manages total P&I, plans and ensures effective budget allocation between the brands.
Ensures in-depth understanding of local consumer and customer insights in order to build strong brand plans by understanding the environment and current market situation.
Manages and leads external partners : e.g. Agencies (Creative, Research, Media, etc.) to re-applicate or develop and implement winning marketing activities through either local development or jointly with Russia by adaptation of Cluster materials.
Ensures ONE-TEAM approach to realize maximum synergies, cross learnings and efficiencies, while taking into account the local market requirements.
Ensures adherence to industry-specific codes of practice or conduct, advertising codes, regulatory directives and guidelines, as applicable to the role, and to the Program for Legal Compliance and Corporate Responsibility at Bayer.
Education : Marketing, Economic, Management;
Experience : Minimum 5 years’ experience in OTC or FMCG with proven track record of success;
Team leadership experience : Minimum 3 years;
Languages : Russian, English fluent;
