We are looking for a CEM GLP-1 Regional Medical Advisor to join us. This position will report to the Medical Diabetes Manager.
As Regional Medical Advisor, you are responsible for the planning and execution of the local medical strategy within Central Asia and Caucasus region including countries without medical team in place.
You will be instrumental in the identification and segmentation of KOLs and develop engagement plans, including obtaining expert advice to guide local decisions and strategy.
You will organize or support events, activities, and conferences.
You will draft and adapt a global publication plan with regards to the local needs and regulations. You will also liaise with relevant professional associations, including congress activities in support of Novo Nordisk presence in different therapeutic areas.
Providing guidance and training internally to support capability building in (affiliate) as well as giving support to clinical operations in the execution of clinical trials.
You will seek opportunities and advice to obtain understanding of the market and patient pathways in support of internal medical and commercial business decisions and scientific development.
You are an MD with a minimum 3 years’ experience, either from the pharmaceutical industry, medical practice or academia.
Experience in medical affairs in the pharmaceutical industry.
You have an in-depth understanding of the role of medical affairs in pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs tools and activities.
You can connect medical affairs and commercial priorities and are able to work with cross-functional stakeholders. You have excellent medical communication skills.
You are driven, can take initiative, and are agile in actions. Your personality is aligned with our Novo Nordisk Way and you are fluent in both written and spoken English.
