This role will provide YOU with key responsibilities to advance YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following
Key responsibilities :
Business administration (support of relevant contracts, payment process, organization and documentary support of external events for doctors and pharmacists, management monitoring)
Management of consents database of HCP and pharmacists
Monitoring promotional materials in the warehouse, supporting the management, development, approval (internal and external) and production of promotional materials.
Support the daily work of the department
Market data collection and analysis
Know, understand, monitor and follow of internal policies
Internal commercial events organization and support
Collaboration and support of sales team
If you
Preferred Marketing, Management, Economy, Business Administration education (not limited)
are 3-4th year student
have good knowledge of English (upper-intermediate) and Russian
have strong MS Office skills
you are sociable, creative, flexible in work and ready to bring your ideas into work processes, having quick comprehension, initiative and an analytical mindset
are detail and quality oriented, fast learning, attentive, team player
are purposeful and responsible
are willing to join, know and understand pharmaceutical business and build career in it
