The ideal candidate should support Talent Acquisition Marketing operations in Kazakhstan. That means that she / he should work on streamlining and helping Talent Acquisition operate efficiently.
What You’ll Do
There is no shortage of cool stories to tell about EPAM you are passionate about writing and storytelling
Content lives in many formats you find the best ways to leverage different channels to draw people into our content strategy
Manage company’s Talent Acquisition activities and arrange proper communication with external candidates, email marketing and event advertising campaigns, including website copy, brochures, and presentations
Collaborate with thought leaders across the office by co-creating selling and dynamic content for promotion of working and training opportunities at EPAM
Work within Talent Acquisition Marketing Team to analyze gaps / needs and cooperate on a common strategy
What You Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications
1-3 years’ experience writing marketing collateral and social posts
Creative mind-set with a passion for design
Driven; thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Comfortable learning and using new technology
Displays high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Fluency in digital, web, and social technologies
Ability to establish trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
