The ideal candidate should support Talent Acquisition Marketing operations in Kazakhstan. That means that she / he should work on streamlining and helping Talent Acquisition operate efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • There is no shortage of cool stories to tell about EPAM you are passionate about writing and storytelling
  • Content lives in many formats you find the best ways to leverage different channels to draw people into our content strategy
  • Manage company’s Talent Acquisition activities and arrange proper communication with external candidates, email marketing and event advertising campaigns, including website copy, brochures, and presentations
  • Collaborate with thought leaders across the office by co-creating selling and dynamic content for promotion of working and training opportunities at EPAM
  • Work within Talent Acquisition Marketing Team to analyze gaps / needs and cooperate on a common strategy
  • What You Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 1-3 years’ experience writing marketing collateral and social posts
  • Creative mind-set with a passion for design
  • Driven; thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Comfortable learning and using new technology
  • Displays high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluency in digital, web, and social technologies
  • Ability to establish trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
