Requirements :

  • Higher education
  • Work experience in admin is a plus
  • Good command of English, Excellent knowledge of Windows programs
  • Good typing skills (both in Russian and in English)
  • Kazakh language is a plus
  • Pleasant manner and style
  • Good communication skills
  • Feeling for confidentiality
  • Stress resistance
  • Duties :

  • Process telephone calls in accordance with the Firm’s policies and procedures
  • Process incoming / outgoing correspondence
  • Set up Department meetings
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Assist with preparation of Agreements and Proposals from draft to "ready to sign"
  • Assist in Tender Preparation Process
  • Conduct internal procedures for new clients
  • Participate in meetings and taking minutes
  • Use the Firm's information / reporting systems
