Overview / Responsibilities

Job Accountabilities :

Identification of Assets by review of Materials Receiving documents such as : Good Receipt Note (GRN), Supply Contract, Bill of Lading, Invoices, and etc.

for all received new materials and equipment for all base projectsUpdating information of Asset Status and Location (movement) by review materials movement documents such as : Material Transfer Note (MTN), Stores Return Note (SRN), Cargo Manifest and Disposal of Materials and Equipment and etc.

Preparation Asset Creation / Modification Request for further approval of line manager and Head of Financial Accounting for creation and modification (changing status, location) of each item of asset containing information about Classification of asset as per PSA and IAS categories, assigned Inventory Number, Serial Number, Location, Asset Holder, etc.

Communicating and Liaison with Materials Section Head and Warehouse Specialists / Administrators ( Responsible for Maintenance Warehouses, Oil Spill Warehouses, Well Operation Warehouses and Construction Warehouses, Base Administration) to obtain all necessary documents.

Ensuring all Movable Assets items are promptly tagged with readable Inventory Number tags.Manage relationship with Asset Holders to get additional information needed, get access to asset items for tagging.

Preparation to physical inventory and identification and tagging of movable assets in use, which remains untagged as per Physical Inventory List in SAP Asset Module.

Updating settlement rules for created assets in SAP Asset Module when required by processes.Preparing Physical Inventory List report as needed, provide timely up-

date of report with all related information changed, periodically reporting to Operator on the FAR and following up all the related issues.

Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Level II :

Under supervision, performs work that is varied and that may be somewhat difficult in character, but usually involves limited responsibilities.

Some evaluation, originality or ingenuity is required. Management Responsibilities ( if applicable) :

Skills / Qualifications

University Degree in finance and / or accounting

  • Skills of experienced, qualified professional with minimum 3 years of experience on the relevant positions with the industrial company (experience with oil and gas company is not obligatory).
  • Required Competences : Good knowledge of EnglishGood knowledge of SAP and JDEWorking knowledge of Fixed Assets accounting procedureSolid general accounting knowledgeStrong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with people individually and in groups, including external partner
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.Ability to perform work with a close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, using own initiative.Ability to manage multiple priorities in an effective manner.Ability to solve problems by combining judgment with knowledge of business practices and department operating procedures.

    Ability to work independently and contribute administrative support to teams
