Job Description :

Forward planning and knowledge of the work place environment will be used to support the effort
The primary job responsibilities will include to validate the PSI Documents and Engineering / Vendor Redlines, Punch List and Exceptions records’ completion in Completion Management System database and issue weekly completion status reports to support Handover of area / systems / sub-systems from Project to Operations
Assist and learn to create implementation work processes (flow charts in Visio) for validating PSI documents and redlines, punch lists and exceptions by commissioning sub-systems
Work with Phase 5 Delivery and Conversion teams to validate the correctness of PSI documents and Redlines’ metadata information in CMS Database
Make suggestions to improve and simplify the data validation delivery work processes if required
The specific responsibilities include to track and validate the completion of redlines (Engineering Construction and Commissioning Redlines, Vendor Construction and Commissioning Redlines, Vendor Key and Action documents, Punch Lists and Exception records in CMS Database to meet the Ready for Start-up (RFSU) target dates of commissioning systems / sub-systems.
Verify the redlines, punch lists, exceptions by sub-systems in CMS Readiness Reports and electronic Handover Packages for RFO (Ready for Operations) and Handover to Base Business
Follow approved delivery work processes for reporting and validating PSI documents, punch lists, exceptions to CMS database
Check the accuracy of data association to tag / sub-systems / systems in CMS reporting web pages
Ensure that all PSI documents and redlines, punch lists and exceptions are linked and uploaded correctly in CMS database
Perform and complete assigned tasks by Line Supervisor in a timely and efficient manner
Interface with Tengiz and Atyrau Phase 5 Delivery Teams to plan and prioritize daily and upcoming works
Maintain effective communications with Project System Completion, MCPlus Teams, Engineering, Supply Chain Management and Operations Teams with regards to checking and validating PSI Deliverables in CMS Database
Address any issues related to redlines, Vendor Key and Action documents, punch lists, exceptions to Phase 5 Delivery team members and Project Teams
Be fluent in concepts of metadata or documentation management and demonstrate the ability to retrieve information and validate it using different applications
Develop detailed delivery work instructions for validating the PSI Documents and Engineering and Vendor redlines, Punch Lists and Exceptions using Completion Management System
Make suggestions to improve value of CMS web pages to optimize and simplif y CMS work processes if required
Assist to provide the CMS trainings to Engineering, System Completion, MCPlus, Regulatoryand other Teams
Participate in meetings, prepare and present Safety meeting presentations
Develop and provide weekly PSI Documents and Redline, Punchlist and Exception completion status reports
Requirements :
University Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent background
1 2 years proven work experience in Oil & Gas Environment in the Project Environment
Proven experience in the management and use of relationship databases and work flows
Language skills : English
Computer skills : MS Office (Word,Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
