Oversea & manage all aspects regarding Services and municipal operations for office locations. Including office allocations, maintenance, ordering & distributing of office furniture.
Participate in weekly meetings with maintenance contractor.
Coordinate weekly Facility Audits and monitor consumables quality control. In addition weekly visit spot checks should be carried out and all discrepancies / shortfalls should be brought to attention of management so immediate action can be taken.
Work with Maintenance contractor representatives to ensure all facilities are maintained and cleaned to standards contractually agreed with contractor.
Undertake monthly TCOV & Site Office Facility Audits with Maintenance contractor and monitor JANITORIAL quality control.
Internal Training of any new employee is a requirement to maintain continuity of reporting and understanding the process and procedures within the department.
Contribute to the systematic management of Safety, environmental, reliability and efficiency which is in support of the TCO Operational Excellence strategy and support the IIF Culture.
Any additional duties related to Services required by the Management.
